LUM’s offer white-label recipes, and infographics packages to help health & fitness coaches save time, boost their business, and achieve great client results.
The Company provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for the recipe monthly membership ONLY. That money-back guarantee does not apply to infographics nor individual recipe packs such as the vegetarian recipe booklet, the high-protein recipe booklet or the juices & smoothies recipe booklet.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at hello@levelupyourmeals.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 7th day. You must explain in detail why the product has not met your expectations, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you.
If you have asked for a refund but have not received it after a few days, please check with your bank first, it can sometimes take up to one week. If after a week you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@levelupyourmeals.com
